God loves you and created you for relationship with Him (John 3:16).  The problem is that we have all sinned, and sin separates us from God (Romans 3:23; 6:23a).  The good news is that Jesus willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty that we deserved for our sins so instead of eternal separation from Him, we can have eternal life (Rom. 5:8; 6:23b).  So how do we get this free gift of salvation and eternal life?  

The Bible says we must repent of our sins, and trust what Jesus did on the cross to save us.  Scripture says "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

If you have never done it before, you can do it right now:  admit your sins to God; ask Him to save you because of Jesus' death on the cross for you, and ask Him to come into your life with His Holy Spirit, and help you turn away from your sins and follow Him from this day forward as your Lord & God.
